Purchandise helps you organize, track, and resell the things you buy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we keep, why we keep it, and the choices you have. No fine print, no surprises.
The short version: we keep your account details and the items you add to your inventory. We use them only to run Purchandise and keep your stuff in sync across your devices. We never sell your information, and we never show you ads.

What we keep
- Your account details: your name and email, and the sign-in info you use to get into your account.
- Your inventory: the items, orders, prices, photos, and notes you add — whether you type them in, upload them, or import them with our browser add-on.
- Basic app activity: simple information about how the app is used, which helps us keep it working smoothly and securely.

- To keep your account safe and prevent misuse.

How your information is kept safe
Your account and inventory are stored securely and tied to your account, so only you can see them when you’re signed in. We rely on trusted, industry-standard services to store everything safely, and we protect your information with the same care we’d want for our own.
We don’t sell your information
- We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We never use your inventory for advertising, or share it with advertisers.
- We only share information when it’s needed to run the service, or if the law requires it.
Keeping or deleting your information
We keep your information for as long as you have an account. You can delete any item from the app whenever you like. If you’d like to delete your whole account and everything in it, just email us at the address below and we’ll take care of it.
Your choices
- View and edit your inventory anytime in the app.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it.
- Stop using Purchandise and remove your information whenever you want.
Children’s privacy
Purchandise isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. If we make an important change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top.
