Purchandise Product Sync is a browser extension that imports your own BuyWander purchase history into your Purchandise account. This page explains how to use it, answers common questions, and tells you how to reach us if you need help. For help with the Purchandise website or app, see our general support page.

How to use the extension

  1. Sign in to your BuyWander account and open your orders page.
  2. Click the Purchandise Product Sync icon in your browser toolbar.
  3. The extension reads your own order and won-auction history from BuyWander and then opens the Purchandise website.
  4. Review the imported items in the preview and confirm. The items are then saved to your Purchandise inventory.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Purchandise account?

Yes. The extension imports your orders into your Purchandise account, so you need to be signed in to Purchandise for the import to complete. You can create a free account at purchandise.com.

Nothing happened when I clicked the icon.

The extension only runs on your BuyWander orders page. Make sure you are signed in to buywander.com and on your orders page before clicking the icon. If the issue continues, refresh the page and try again.

The Purchandise tab opened but the import did not appear.

Make sure you are signed in to Purchandise in that tab. The import preview appears once your account session loads. If it still does not appear, return to BuyWander and run the sync again.

Are my orders sent to any outside server?

No. Your order data travels only from your browser to your own Purchandise account. There is no extension-operated server, proxy, or analytics pipeline in between. See our extension privacy policy for full details.

Does the extension access my payment information?

No. The extension does not read or store payment-card numbers, card brand, last-four digits, or expiry dates.

Which sites can the extension access?

Only buywander.com (to read your order history) and purchandise.com (to deliver it). It does not access any other websites.

How do I remove the extension?

Open your browser’s extensions page, find Purchandise Product Sync, and choose Remove. This deletes the extension and any data it held locally. Orders already imported into your Purchandise account are unaffected and can be managed from your account.
